Return Information v2
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’ve had a change of heart, we offer a return policy. You may return your product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Please note the following return and refund conditions:
Return Requirements:
- You are responsible for the postal costs of returning a package. Those costs will not be refunded by Kinderly.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, unused, and in the same condition as it was delivered, maintaining its original appearance (labels intact, and for Magnetic Wallpaper, the protective blue film must remain untouched).
- Kinderly products that show signs of use or are not in their original condition cannot be returned
- A printed proof of purchase must be included with the return.
- If the returned product is damaged, incomplete or used, the cost of damage might be deducted from the amount that we will repay to you. In this case we will notify you by e-mail upfront.

All postage must be prepaid; packages with outstanding fees payable will be rejected.
Refund Requirements:
- Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2 business days), we will initiate your refund.
- The refund will be credited back to your original payment method or credit card.
- Please note, depending on your credit card provider, it may take an additional 2-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Damages and Concerns:
Kindly check your order upon delivery and reach out to us at hello@kinderlybaby.com within 14 days if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We are not liable for any stains, marks, or discoloration that may occur after the product has been used. Once you’ve contacted us, we will review the matter and take steps to address it.
